MTs PKP JIS has Mondays-Fridays classes. It starts at 6:30 am until 3:00 in the afternoon. Every Monday, they're conducting flag ceremony where they sing their national anthem, prayer, stating of the mission and vision and other announcements.
When the class starts, the teacher will go to the respective classroom assigned for each subject. they prepare lessons before entering the class and use or integrate technologies in their teaching. Teachers are facilitators of learning. teachers will explain well about the lesson and encourage them to participate in the discussion by asking questions that can stimulate the minds of the learners. After the discussion, teachers will give assessment through quizzes.

Teaching plan is like a lesson plan in which we will formulate a learning objectives and goals to be achieved after the discussion. In this plan, you also have to think an appropriate method or technique to be used during the instruction. Thinking an objective of the lesson should be a combination of cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains. These domains should be meet in the discussion.
Below is the teaching plan that I've used during my final demo teaching in VIII-B.

2. PEDAGOGICAL CONTENTS
2.1 TEACHING METHOD OF THE TEACHER OBSERVED
In my one month duration stay in Indonesia, I discovered lots of things when it comes to teaching. Bu Iin, my cooperating teacher in Class VIII, used a teaching method where her class will really listen by means of having loud voice to catch their attention. She also uses Bahasa Indonesia to translate her lesson for her students to easily understand the discussion.
She also make lesson plan before starting the lesson as well as the materials that she will be using in the activity part. In totality, she encourage her students to participate during discussion proper.
2.2 THEIR LEARNING MATERIALS AND INNOVATION
They used English books published in Indonesia to facilitate well in the discussion. This learning material is used not just only in giving instructions but also in doing the drills related to the topic. They integrate also technology to deliver their learning material. The values are also integrated after discussing the topic especially when my cooperating teacher is giving examples.
2.3 SOURCES OF LEARNING AND TECHNOLOGY USED BY THE TEACHERS
Bu Iin and Bu Novi use the books in English as source of learning. They also use VGA-LCD Projector in giving instruction and they let their pupils help them in setting it up.
The books in English are useful not just only for them but also to the students because there are drills and exercises stated after each lesson that help the students to understand better the discussion.
2.4 AUTHENTIC ASSESSMENT USED BY THE TEACHER
My cooperating teachers use lots of authentic assessment. Paper-and-pencil test is commonly and widely used in the school where I taught. This type of test is used during quizzes and short test to check the understanding of their students.
Performance-based authentic assessment is used to test the learner’s understanding and to know what are the reinforcements should be given after the discussion.
2.5 OTHERS
Teachers in MTs PKP JIS are all kind and respected. They are all assigned to teach different competencies to students. They give much important in teaching religion.
Every Thursday, they wear Batik, a traditional dress in Indonesia with different special patterns from different tribes. It only signifies that they give values to the culture that was embarked in their country.
They also use library to support the learning of the students.

The 2013 curriculum is being used by Indonesia. It aims to prepare Indonesian students to have the ability to live as citizens who are productive, creative, innovative and effective. 3.2 TEACHING PLAN RELATED TO MAJOR
Being assigned to junior high school while I am a primary education student is such a big challenge. though I hesitated because the approach will be different from the approach in elementary, I just trusted myself that I can make it.
A week before my actual final demo teaching, I prepared my lesson plan to let my CT checked it. I asked for my CT's suggestions so that I can do those things during my demo. Luckily, my cooperating teachers were so kind and cooperative that is why she suggested a topic for me which she thought I can make it easily. She said that I should have my final teaching one for 8th grade and the other one for 7th grade. After doing and finishing my DLP, I let her check it and fortunately there are only some revisions that I need to do.

3.3 OTHERS
My practicum is like a roller coaster ride. There were ups and downs but I treasured all those memories because I know that all of those could be my strength to face the challenges in the field that I've chosen.
I also learned and proved Gardner's theory that all children has its own intelligence. not all of the students have the same ability to understand the lesson.

4.1 PROCEDURE OF TEACHING
In every lesson, it should be well prepared. you must first think of attainable learning objectives that at the end of the lesson, the students should meet those learning objectives. The materials should be planned well also that can be useful, appropriate and timely for the discussion. These materials could be a big help especially when students are visual learners.Teachers play a vital role in teaching-learning process. My final demo teaching went good because of the cooperative and understanding cooperating teachers of mine. The main problem that I've encountered is the language barrier that sets a wall between me, as their teacher, and to my students since not all of them can speak or even understand English. Google translate is a very big help for me when I have to translate the things that I am trying to say.
In totality, the demo teachings that I conducted was good enough to convey what is the lesson and the materials are trying to impose.
4.2 TIME MANAGEMENT AND ORAGANIZING ACTIVITIES
My Indonesia practicum journey taught me to value much the time given because honestly speaking, in my province, I don't usually wake up that early that is why sometimes, I went late in class. But since I am practicing myself to be a professional teacher that is disciplined enough and a good model to her students, I always wake up early though our dormitory is just a walking distance away from the school. I don't want to drag down my country also that is why I tried my best to make it on time.
During my demo teaching I went to the school 2 hours earlier. by this way, I have an ample time to prepare not just my lessons and materials but also myself before facing my students. I also did my demo teaching on time. I did not exceeded on the time given, I started and finished it on time. In managing the class, it was not that easy actually, because students in high school are quiet hard headed and because they couldn't understand well the language, they tend to just make noises.

4.3 CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT
What I loved the most about my students is that although they were quiet naughty and noisy, they are all naturally sweet. Managing a class isn't that easy but with the help of the cooperating teachers of mine, I handled the class well enough.
Teachers dedication, devotion and patience should be really commended because it is not really easy. so I really admire those teachers who have long patience for their students.

6. SUMMARY AND SUGGESTIONS
6.1 PURPOSES OF PRACTICUM
It was an honor not just for me but also to my school, my family and to God. It was the first time for my campus joining this overseas internship. I feel humbly proud and thankful that out of many students in our campus, I was the lucky chosen one. My family is also proud of me because it is really a once in a lifetime opportunity to travel to other country especially that I am going to have a practicum there. Most especially, I am giving my thanks to Almighty God because despite of the hardships that I've gone through my life, He gave me this kind of gift that I will alwatys be thankful of.
This practicum helped me to visualize the reality of the field that I choose to walk through. It was like an eye opener that as a future teacher, I need to embrace the diverse culture that each country has especially that teaching in overseas is not that easy. It also helped ,me to be more independent and to have trust in myself that I can do the things if I will really just work hard. Forever grateful to SEAMEO, CBSUA, and to MTS PKP JIS and to all the people behind this program for opening the doors where I can have a practice on what's behind the profession that I am planning to enter.
6.2 PROCEDURE OF THE PRACTICUM
The process isn't that easy. Supposedly, we will be interviewed by one of the heads of our school but then something came up that is why our adviser just look for our weighted average and then luckily, they picked me. This program taught me to walk alone all the requirements and conquer the fear and shyness that I am feeling. Because of the school heads in CBSUA especially to all the people in CDE the trip was made into reality. I am much thankful also to my campus family because they supported me all throughout. They helped me morally and financially. This trip was possible because of the support also of my family and friends who rendered and extended all the help that they can give. When we arrived in Indonesia we felt home because of the generous people living here especially the university that received us as well as our cooperating school that always made us feel comfortable. I am also thankful of the accommodation that they gave us because aside from getting free boarding, we found new friends and family that is always thhere when we need support and help especially in ordering d foods.
6.3 OUTCOMES OF PRACTICUM
As I went home, I brought lots of memories and learnings which will be useful when I am already in the teaching field. Lots of realizations that I discovered too and because of this realization I can now say that I am truly blessed and lucky enough to experience this program of SEAMEO.
I am in mixed emotion. I feel happy that I experienced all of those but apparently also sad because I have to leave my second home and family there in Indonesia.
This practicum equipped me with the strength, courage and will to continue the path that I am in because children really need teachers that will help them bloom the intelligence that they already have.
6.4 CHALLENGES IN PRACTICUM
The ultimate challenge that I have encountered is the language barrier that we have. It was hard to talk if they cannot understand what you were saying. Also, the foods can also be considered as challenge because they are fond of eating Pedas or spicy foods wherein in Philippines, I personally didn't like. But because not only learning in English is the one that I should teach, I also learned to eat those foods for me to fully absorb the things that they have there.

6.5 OVERALL IMPRESSION
The SEAMEO SEA Teacher Program is really a big help for students taking up education. It serves as a training ground where future teachers can apply the things that they've learned in their respective schools. Personally, I am much thankful to all the people behind this project for bringing us a step closer to the real world of teaching. I can say that this project made student teachers equipped with understanding not only about the subject matter but also to the diverse culture that every country has.It is also a way to extend our hand to deliver the culture that our own country has for other races will understand where do we came from so that each can give empathy and respect to other races.
6.6 SUGGESTIONS FOR FUTURE IMPROVEMENT
I hope that this project will be forever so that student teachers can experience teaching overseas. I suggest that more students will be given opportunity to have a taste of what's is the project about. Hoping for more doors of opportunity to open.
