The Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar was conducted last August 20, 2019 by the College of Development Education of Central Bicol State University of Agriculture-Main Campus. It was for compliance of the Letter of Agreement signed by the different universities and colleges in Southeast Asia such as the Philippines, Indonesia and Malaysia. It was attended by the 8th batch of Outbound SEA Teachers of CBSUA together with their proud parents.
